OnLight Aurora is seeking to appoint three to six new members to its Board of Directors. We are seeking individuals who bring experience, perspective, and a commitment to public service.

Backgrounds of interest include, but are not limited to:

• Finance or accounting

• Telecommunications, networking, or infrastructure

• Law, governance, or public administration

• Economic development or community engagement

• Nonprofit leadership or board service

Board service is unpaid and involves fiduciary oversight, strategic guidance, and participation in regular meetings. Directors help ensure that OnLight operates transparently, responsibly, and in alignment with its public mission.

Residents of Aurora and the surrounding region are encouraged to express interest.
